What are boosts?
A boost is a time-limited paid upgrade that increases the visibility of your listing or company on Kaarakauppa. You pay a one-off fee and the boost stays active for the duration you choose — when time runs out, your listing returns to its normal ranking.
Why use a boost?
Kaarakauppa has thousands of listings. A boost helps yours stand out in search results or on the front page exactly when you want to sell quickly.
Boost types

Featured listings and featured dealers are displayed in a random order so all boosted listings receive fair exposure.

Company Spotlight is purchased from the company's Boosts page (/company/boosters), not the listing publishing wizard — only a company Admin or Owner can buy it.
You add listing boosts in the publishing wizard's Visibility step — pick the ones you want into the cart and pay with Publish & Pay. Payment is handled by our online payment partner. Prices are always confirmed in the purchase view before you pay; company pricing may differ from the prices above.
💡 Tip: Premium is the most cost-effective way to combine search priority and front page visibility — it costs less than buying the two separately.
Combining boosts
A single listing can have multiple different boost types active at the same time — for example, Search Priority and Front Page can run concurrently. You cannot buy the same boost type twice for the same listing: the purchase is blocked until the existing one expires.
⚠️ Heads up: If a listing already has an active Search Priority or Front Page boost, purchasing Premium is not possible. Wait for the existing boost to expire before buying Premium.
Expiry
A boost starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. If a listing is marked as sold or removed before the boost expires, the remaining time is not refunded and cannot be transferred to another listing.
