Visible financing information lowers the barrier for buyers to get in touch — when a buyer can see at a glance what the monthly payment could be, they are better placed to make a decision without sending an extra message.
The financing price is a business account feature: the field appears in the listing form only for users signed in with a business account. It cannot be added to private seller listings.
Adding a financing price to a new listing
- Open the listing form by selecting
Create New Listingand navigate to step 4. Pricing & terms. - Enter a euro amount in the Monthly financing price field — for example 200. The field help says it plainly: "Shown to buyers as 'Financing from X €/month'. Leave empty for no financing info."
- Continue filling in the listing and publish it as normal.
💡 Tip: Enter the lowest realistic monthly payment you actually offer. The figure renders to buyers as "Financing from … €/month" — a number that doesn't hold up in a real financing quote erodes trust in the first conversation.
Adding or updating the financing price on an existing listing
- Go to your listings and open the listing you want to edit.
- Navigate to the Pricing section of the edit form.
- Enter or update the Monthly financing price field.
- Save your changes.
⚠️ Heads up: The field is a number, not free text — enter the monthly amount in euros (greater than €0). The "Financing from" wording is added automatically in the buyer's language.
What happens next?
Once saved, the financing price appears immediately in two places as "Financing from … €/month":
- Search result cards — as a short line below the price
- Listing detail page — in the price section, below the main price
You can remove the financing price at any time by clearing the field — the change takes effect immediately and the line disappears from both views.
