The company dashboard is your central hub on Kaarakauppa — it shows your listing status, messages, and team size at a glance, and gives you access to every company management section, including analytics.
Opening the dashboard
Sign in with your business account. The orange Dashboard button in the top bar takes you to /company/dashboard; on a narrow screen the same button opens as a Menu drawer instead. The dashboard's sidebar lists every company section — the avatar/profile menu carries only one company link, a shortcut to the dashboard.
| Group | Section | Path |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | Dashboard | /company/dashboard |
| Sell | Company listings | /company/listings |
| Sell | Analytics | /company/dashboard/analytics |

Stats — what the numbers mean
The dashboard header has a New Listing button. Below it, three statistics and one link tile:
- Published listings — count of your company's published listings.
- Unread Messages — unread messages from buyers on your listings.
- Team Members — the current count of active members.
-
View analytics — a link tile, not a statistic. It opens the Analytics section (
/company/dashboard/analytics), which includes weekly view trends among other things.
When your subscription includes listing slots, a slot usage bar appears below the stats (e.g. 7 of 10 slots in use).
💡 Tip: If a listing's views in Analytics have dropped, it may mean the listing needs better photos, a more detailed description, or a boost. See Taking great listing photos and Pricing your vehicle: how to set the right asking price.
Are customers being answered?
The overview has its own Are customers being answered? card, which helps Owners and Admins see whether the team is replying to buyer messages promptly. The card shows three figures — Waiting for a reply, Longest waiting, and Median first response — plus a per-location table showing where response times are slipping.
💡 Tip: Check this card regularly if your company has more than one location or seller — it quickly reveals where buyer messages are getting stuck.
Get set up
New companies see a Get set up checklist with progress tracking: a billing address, completing and publishing your location's details with opening hours, inviting your team, and — if you have the Homepage add-on — finishing your homepage. You can skip a card with Not now; completed steps collapse into a compact row, and once everything is done the section collapses to a summary.
Next steps
The Next steps card surfaces what's relevant right now — it is not a log of past events. A Listing slots are full row appears for Admins and Owners when all your slots are in use, and links to Subscription. A Performance & boosts row is always present and links to Analytics.
⚠️ Heads up: The card only reflects the current moment. If you need a longer record of your company's activity, log important changes in your own systems.
Subscription management (Admin and Owner only)
Go to Subscription to view and change your company's paid capacity and add-ons.
The Subscription & Features view shows:
- Subscription status and monthly total — your current agreement and its combined price.
-
Listing slot count — a selector for your publishing capacity (
Between 0 and 5500; 0 is the free tier — dropping to 0 cancels your paid subscription). Increases apply immediately; decreases are scheduled for the next renewal. - Homepage add-on — a toggle to enable the paid homepage.
- Change history — a chronological log of subscription changes.
Your billing address is managed on the Company & billing page, not here. Changes apply immediately after saving; if a change requires payment, you are taken to our online payment partner first.
💡 Tip: Slot usage is shown both on the dashboard overview and on the Subscription page. If all slots are full, you cannot publish new listings — add more slots, or free them by parking or selling listings. See What are listing slots?.
⚠️ Heads up: Only Admins and Owners can change the subscription. Staff members see the details read-only.
Company profile and Homepage
Two separate ways to present your company to buyers:
-
Company profile is free and published per location — there's no separate editor page for it. Open a location on the
Locationspage and switch onShow on public pages: the location then appears in the Dealers search and gets its own page, with its content pulled straight from that location's data. -
Homepage (
/company/homepage) is a paid, customisable mini-website: theme and colours, hero image, content and about sections, and explicitPublish/Unpublishcontrols. Contact details come automatically from your locations — the homepage has no contact section of its own. The section appears in the sidebar once the Homepage add-on is enabled on the Subscription page. See Setting up your company homepage.
What happens next
The dashboard updates as your company acts — a newly published listing increments the published listings count, and buyer messages appear in unread messages right away. Use the Analytics section to dig deeper into how your listings perform.
